50 minutes of painting condensed into 11
This should probably be categorised under Tutorials > How To Spend Frickin' Ages Painting Teeth, because that's what I do for the majority of this video. Photoshop CS2 + Wacom + reference
I decided that this piece will succeed or fail based on how the teeth & fur are rendered. The Wolfman is an animal after all & if I was painting a dog, the fur & teeth would be part of the main focus, so I applied that here.
Again, it's speeded up to 450% original speed, but hopefully you can follow what I'm doing. If you have any questions about a particular moment, try and include the timestamp in your comment, e.g. "Dude, what the heck were you doing at 01:27?!..."
So yeah. This is about 50 minutes of painting, 40 or so of which I spend on the lower jaw. But I think it's worth it, and hopefully you'll agree.
