The finished painting:

Following the great response to Part I, I've included the Toolbox and Layers palette in Part II so that you can see which tools I'm using.

I wasn't entirely convinced, at the end of Part I, that I'd gotten the proportions correct, so I did a rough sketch over the top of the painting which you will see in the opening moments.

This process is encouraging me to work a lot faster - this second video clip presents minutes 7-17 but speeded up to about 150% playback to keep the filesize under 10MB. :faint:

[Note: If you don't want to wait for the whole thing to download, I've also uploaded it here at YouTube with some funky music.]

Part III can be found here --> [link] :D

You're more than welcome. Can I ask you a couple of questions please? Where did you get those brushes from? Are they 3rd party brushes or did you make them yourself and how come you did'nt use various layers? Thanks for your time :thanks:.

All the brushes you see me using in this clip are the default Photoshop set. I've downloaded a few in the past but find them to be quite limited in use. With the Brush tool selected, you can right-click on your workspace at any time to get quick access to your brushes.

As far as the layers are concerned, for my more detailed work I use lots of layers but this being a speedpainting I wanted to really test myself and step out of the comfort zone. It seemed to work. :aww:

And I'm always happy to answer questions, so you're welcome. :thanks:
